At Buitenspeelgoed Winkel, we’re committed to getting your outdoor play products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping:
Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping fee: €12.95
- Free Shipping:
Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Available for orders over €50
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor play products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt, following the guidelines below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by a completed return form
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Diving toys (Duikspeelgoed) – due to hygienic considerations
- Children’s helmets (Kinderhelmen) – safety products that cannot be returned after use
- Personalized or custom-made products
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request
Email your return request to [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – [Order Number]
- Message including: product name, reason for return, and preferred solution (refund or exchange)
- Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you:
- A return label (for prepaid returns)
- Specific return instructions
- An RMA number to include on your package
- Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include the completed return form, and attach the return label clearly on the box.
- Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3 business days and send a confirmation email with:
- Return approval status
- Expected processing time for your refund or exchange
Refunds
After your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Method: Amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the full purchase price, excluding original shipping costs (unless the product was defective or incorrect)
Note: It may take several additional days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Select your desired new product from our webshop
- Clearly mention this in your return request
- For price differences, you’ll receive a payment link or partial refund
- The new product will ship once we approve your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We’ll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund
- You won’t need to pay return shipping in these cases
